Training Purpose
Emergency Team training helps members understand their responsibilities before, during, and after fire alarms, evacuations, and building emergencies.
Training supports a consistent approach to evacuation assistance, occupant direction, communication, and emergency preparedness within Western's emergency procedures.
Who Should Attend
Emergency Team members, building contacts, supervisors, department representatives, and others with assigned emergency support responsibilities may be asked to participate in training or orientation.

- Emergency Team roles and responsibilities.
- Fire alarm response and evacuation procedures.
